ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within the dispatch times stated below.
Dispatch times refer to when your order leaves our facility, not when it is delivered.

Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

DELIVERY METHODS, TIMES & PRICES

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail services.

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
Dispatch Time: Leaves us within 7 working days
Delivery Time (after dispatch): Typically 1–2 working days
Tracking: Recorded / Signed For
Price: £8.95

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery
Dispatch Time: Leaves us within 5–7 working days
Delivery Time (after dispatch): Typically 1–2 working days
Tracking: Limited (delivery confirmation only)
Price: £8.95

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery
Dispatch Time: (leaves us within 3-5 working days)
Delivery Time (after dispatch): 48 Hours
Tracking: Full tracking
Price: Free for specific products or £7.95

Free Next Day Delivery – Royal Mail Special Delivery (Up to 1kg)
Dispatch Time: Dispatched to arrive the next working day
Delivery Time: Next working day (Monday–Friday), usually by 1pm
Tracking: Full tracking with signature required
Price: Free (on specific products — eligibility shown at checkout) or £9.95
Weight Limit: Up to 1kg

Orders must be placed before the cut-off time shown at checkout to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or industrial action.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched (where available).

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us at orders@extrakeys.co.uk

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you.

In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, we may require photos and additional information in order to raise an investigation with Royal Mail.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders where delivery is not possible due to address or courier restrictions.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately once posted on this page.
