You are welcome to call in to our Totteridge Lane shop and have your key cut in person.

You will need to leave your key and document with us and return in 20 minutes as we DO NOT cut keys while you wait.

Before calling in to get security keys cut, please check below to ensure you bring the required ID.

For Abus and Eurospec keys, and Kingsgate DPS keys, all you will need to bring is the key and a utility bill for the address where the lock was installed.

For Mul-T-Lock keys (Including Ingersoll London Line keys) you must also bring with you the key registration card that the lock was originally supplied with.
If you do not have the Mul-T-Lock key registration card we can still cut your key but the procedure is very strict; We will need to see a letter from your solicitor or your completion statement for your purchase of the property or the land registry document, or your lease agreement, which ever document you bring must be in your name along with personal identification in the same name as your document.
You will have to leave the key with us for two working days for decoding and duplication and the cost will be £20 for each key.

Finchley DPS keys and Iseo R6 keys are not available over the counter,and must be ordered online.
